Hey, I’m Efo!

My first name is Erin, but all my friends call me Efo. So, please, call me Efo.

I fall in the category of 20-something and live in Portland, OR with my favorite running bud (Weez) and bearded lady (Cabo, the especially-whiskered black lab).

I love to run. I ran competitively throughout high school and college, but have since fallen in love with marathons and the trails. I started a new running streak on December 31, 2013, and haven’t found a reason to stop since. So I guess I’ll keep going!

We love to backpack. And spend our weekends in the mountains or on the coast, exploring new places to pitch our tent.

We love to travel. If it takes 24hrs or 5 modes of transportation to get there, we’re game. If we don’t speak the native tongue, we learn on the fly. If it doesn’t fit in my GoLite 35L pack, it stays at home.

And finally, I love photography. Especially capturing moments with the people I love.

Made for the mountains, the fresh air, being with family and friends, and traveling to new places. Discovering, exploring, traveling.

With running shoes on my feet.
